“Open in new window” no longer creates a detached window for a new chat

Summary

In the Codex desktop app, starting a new chat and clicking Open in new window no longer creates a separate, detached native window.

Expected behavior

The new chat should open in an independent window outside the main Codex window, as it did in a previous version. This makes it possible to keep the new chat visible without covering the existing Codex interface.

Actual behavior

After clicking Open in new window, no independent detached window is available. The new-chat view remains within or over the Codex main window, obscuring the existing interface.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Codex desktop app.
2. Start a new chat.
3. Click the Open in new window button in the top-right corner of the new-chat view.
4. Observe that a detached, independent window does not open.
