What issue are you seeing?

Today, after reloading the new Agent copy in my desktop session, all previous sessions stopped responding. When trying to continue a chat from a previous session, all chat history was lost. The new agent tried to recover chats from the database but failed on many occasions. This is a terrible disaster for me as weeks of my work and chats (and their context) is lost. How can you guys possibly release an update to openword.md agent without ensuring that it does not kill / damage previous sessions!

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Reload the agent and try to resume an existing chat session that was created a few days ago and where the work has been ongoing. The agent simply fails to respond or understand or recall anything in that session

What is the expected behavior?

The agent has lost all the context and messages from the chat that was started days ago and had a lot of useful work

Additional information

This bug today and pretty much killed all my work over the oat month so. I cant believe whats happened!

This is a different issue. The messages from previous chats are not lost but two problems are noted.

  1. The agent just never responds when you resume a chat. It says 'thinking' and then nothing happens. this never happened in the past 3 months until the morning of 15 Aug. ITs almost as if the entire DB is unreadable by the agent.
  2. In one case, the agent did respond to one of the previous chats but then lost all messages in that chat. The agent could not even recover them from the DB as they were wiped off. This is a CRITICAL ISSUE.
