mine is for the windows version they are not the same system, i have an msi katana g76 windows 11, chatgpt plus
Windows app (Version 26.810.41047) gives me 429. Update progress stuck at 0% on the bottom-left of screen since yesterday. Web app (chatgpt.com) says "We're doing a quick check to keep ChatGPT reliable. Try again after 11:39 AM."
Android app (1.2026.216 (29)) still works fine for chat but sometimes says "Too many requests". but chat works just fine.
Mine is happening like crazy. I'm on $200 pro plan and I was using Extra High for research and I can't get anything done because I keep getting blocked. And then at one point I got told I had to wait until the next day with a 8:25AM limit. What the hell is going on? This trigger they have for this usage is outrageous. So i cut off all my windows, my extension, and now just using one session for it to work. That is insane that ChatGPT does this but Codex has no issues and allows us the weekly limits. ChatGPT should do the same thing. I'm paying $200 per month and I can't even use the tool.
