Global Codex usage reset not applied to Plus account

A recently announced global Codex usage reset does not appear to have been applied to my ChatGPT Plus account.

Account state:

• ChatGPT Plus
• Weekly Codex usage: 100% used / 0% remaining
• Next normal weekly reset: August 20, 2026 at ~12:40 PM
• Banked resets: 0

Most importantly, I have NOT used Codex since August 13, 2026.

Therefore, I could not have consumed the allowance from a subsequent global/hard reset.

My usage page still shows me completely rate-limited until August 20.

I already contacted OpenAI Support and the issue was escalated to a support specialist, but the estimated response time is "in the coming days." My normal weekly reset will occur in approximately 3 days, so the issue is time-sensitive.

Could the team please check whether the recent global Codex reset failed to propagate to some Plus accounts, or whether the quota state is out of sync?
