[Windows][App][Browser] Saving an annotation turns toolbar red and disables Send

What issue are you seeing?
In the ChatGPT Windows app’s built-in browser, I can create an annotation and click the check mark to save it. The numbered annotation marker then appears, but the annotation toolbar turns red without displaying an error message. The Send control becomes disabled or inaccessible, so the saved annotations cannot be transmitted to the chat.
This has occurred repeatedly on different webpages and blocks the browser-annotation workflow.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Open a webpage in the ChatGPT app’s built-in browser.
Enter Annotation mode.
Select an element or text on the webpage.
Enter an annotation.
Click the check mark to save it.
Observe that the numbered annotation marker appears.
Observe that the annotation toolbar turns red and Send becomes disabled or inaccessible.

What is the expected behavior?
After an annotation is saved, it should remain queued, the toolbar should stay functional, and Send should remain enabled so that all prepared annotations can be transmitted to the chat.
Additional information
The problem was reproduced repeatedly rather than occurring as a one-off failure. The annotation itself appears to save successfully because its numbered marker remains visible on the webpage. The failure occurs between saving the annotation and sending the annotation batch to the chat.
No explanatory error message is shown when the toolbar turns red.
