I would want a diff view like claude code or gemini cli, where you clearly see what is being added or removed from files, before accepting the action. If you can, make it so the user can toggle it on and off as well.

I would like to add that code diffs used to show up, but no longer do for some reason. Likely as a result of one of the last 2 updates based on when i stopped seeing them. I'm mostly using agent/agent (full access) modes and gpt-5-codex.
These should now be back, both for GPT-5 and GPT-5 Codex.
