[macos] Superfluous Empty Logs created on each app startup

Codex/ChatGPT Unified creates random empty log files. See attached images.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open Console.app
2. See no logs from codex.
3. Open ChatGPT
4. See empty logs, first 2 usually have some content.

What is the expected behavior?

No spam.
