unable to execute any shell commands. seems due to a parsing issue with the tool interface。

I instructed Codex to print out the specific issues encountered, and on one occasion it provided the following information:

failed to parse function arguments: invalid type: string "[\"ls\", \"-la\"]", expected a sequence at line 1 column 31
