I am experiencing the same issue on Windows with Codex desktop 26.814.5167.0, Chrome plugin 26.814.41407, and Chrome 151.0.7922.169. The side panel can read the page and draft content but cannot perform browser actions; it reports that the native host is out of date. Direct @Chrome initialization returns the identical trusted RPC/browser-service.mjs error.
