Gibberish Text, GPT-5-Codex Cannot Finish Thinking

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Hi, I am using Codex plugin in VSCode. 3 issues:

1. Are you going to add support for other models besides the 5th one, for subscribers (Not API key users)?

1. Seems like GPT-5-Codex high is stuck in an inifinte loop of thinking (or very slow), I've read that the demand is high, but just want to make sure if you have any idea how long will it take to fix this?

1. Codex (GPT-5 high) seems to rewrite text sometimes in non-English laguages to this weird Gibberish text, and I always need to commit my changes to be able to revert it. This also needs to be fixed.

I mainly want to use GPT o3 inside my VSCode plugin (not CLI) and am waiting for an update.

What is the expected behavior?

1. To be able to use the o3 model as a subscriber in the Codex VSCode plugin.
2. To successfully make correct changes or at least finish running after a few minutes.
3. To keep the non-English text as it is.

What do you see instead?

1. In the plugin - don't see other models, only GPT-5 versions.
2. The model being stuck in a loop without being able to finish tasks.
3. All of the file's non-English display text becomes gibberish.
