What version of Codex is running?

0.1.2504172351

Which model were you using?

default

What platform is your computer?

ubuntu 20

What steps can reproduce the bug?

install codex on ubuntu 20
Enter as first prompt: doesnotexist.png
Crash. Discovered when trying to describe a file name in another directory.

What is the expected behavior?

It should not crash when I enter an image filepath that doesn't exist, so I can describe filenames.

What do you see instead?

<img width="856" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a35dd450-13a2-4d6a-a82d-fd8b8524cf25" />
