What platform is your computer?
Windows
What issue are you seeing?
I cannot archive a conversation reliably in the Codex App for Windows.
When I archive a conversation, it briefly disappears from the sidebar and then reappears. If I open the conversation again, I can no longer continue it because sending a new message fails.
Restarting the Codex App restores the ability to send new messages in that conversation, but the archiving problem remains.
The UI does not show a clear error explaining what went wrong.

- Open the Codex App for Windows.
- Select an existing conversation from the sidebar.
- Click the archive button for that conversation.
- The conversation briefly disappears and then reappears in the sidebar.
- Open the same conversation again.
- Try to send a new message.
- Sending the message fails.
- Restart the Codex App.
- Open the conversation and send another message.
- Sending messages works again after restarting, but archiving still fails.
What is the expected behavior?
