What issue are you seeing?

Issue: Codex Desktop Recents constantly flickers/refreshes, and some conversations disappear after restarting the app.

Already tried: Restarting Codex Desktop and fully restarting Windows. The issue persists.

Relevant log error:

routePattern=/conversations status=429 errorMessage={"detail":"Too many requests"}

The /conversations request appears to be repeatedly receiving HTTP 429 responses.

Observed behavior:

• Recents list constantly flickers/refreshes.
• Conversations sometimes disappear after restarting Codex.
• Issue persists after a full PC reboot.

This looks like a conversation synchronization/request loop or rate-limiting issue rather than a local temporary process problem.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just normal use, it started acting this way
