there new chrome extension update of chatgpt is causing issue with the chatgpt desktop app's plugin(chatgpt for chrome) the plugin or the desktop app also need an update so that they can work with the extension smothly right now the chatgpt extension sidebar is keep saying -> the Codex Chrome native host is out of date.
kindly fix it asap

there are many people reporting the same issue on chatgpt extension review in chrome store

using sidebar chatgpt extension to perform task like open gmail in this tab
