What issue are you seeing?
The ChatGPT macOS app loses the logged-in account information after restarting the application.
After signing in successfully, the app works normally. However, after completely quitting the app and reopening it, the account information is missing.
The app does not restore the previous authenticated session and the user cannot find a working way to sign out and sign in again.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open ChatGPT macOS app.
- Sign in with an account.
- Verify the account is displayed and ChatGPT works normally.
- Quit the app completely using Cmd + Q.
- Reopen the ChatGPT macOS app.
