What issue are you seeing?

Setting /permissions to an existing CLI mid-task doesn't work and I still get asked for permissions before running any commands.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Run a task and when it's running, switch permissions using the /permissions command. Then check if your new permissions are followed in subsequent operations.

What is the expected behavior?

Permission changes should reflect into the working task immediately. eg if I allowed full access, it shouldn't ask me for command permissions. Changes should persist in the same session at least.
