[App] Add full task search and switching to the Popout Window

What variant of Codex are you using?

Codex App for macOS, version 26.818.41509 (build 6962).

What feature would you like to see?

Please add full task search and task switching inside the Codex Popout Window.

The main app has Switch chat… / chat search, but the popout currently has no equivalent way to search the complete task history and navigate to a selected task within the popout itself.

Current behavior:

• /resume only exposes a recency-bounded list of tasks, so older tasks are difficult or impossible to reach from the popout.
• Typing @ and selecting a task adds a reference to that task; it does not switch the popout to it.
• Cmd+K and Cmd+Shift+P, which expose command/chat search in the main window, do not provide that switcher in the popout.
• Opening a task link generally navigates the main window instead of changing the task shown in the popout.

Requested behavior:

• Add a /switch command, expand /resume, and/or make Cmd+K open the full task switcher when the popout has focus.
• Search the same complete task index used by the main-window Switch chat… command, including local, remote, and cloud tasks.
• Selecting a result should navigate the popout itself while leaving the main window on its current task.
• Support title/content search, keyboard navigation, pinned tasks, and optionally archived-task filtering.

This would make the launcher-style popout genuinely useful for moving between tasks without opening or disturbing the main Codex window.

Additional information

The popout can already resume and navigate among the recent tasks it exposes, so this request is primarily to make the complete search index and task switcher available in that surface.

I searched the existing issues for combinations of popout/popup, task or chat switching, /resume, and chat search, and did not find an issue covering this exact request.
