What steps can reproduce the bug?
The version of this extension is 0.4.12.
Download the extension from vscode then click the "Sign in with ChatGPT" button to sign in.
What is the expected behavior?
Shold be able to sign in with chatgpt. But the website stuck on the auth.
What do you see instead?

Additional information
I've been able to sign in with ChatGPT on another remote computer.

Same here. I use VS Code v1.102.1 with the latest Codex extension on a remote server (connected by tunneling).

Same issue. Although I'm doing it locally - no remote host. MacOS/Safari. Stopped my local apache so it doesn't interfere - same thing.

@orioninthesky98, can you provide additional details? For example, are you using a VPN or network proxy? Are you using this within a VM or docker container? When do you see this screen — what steps are needed to repro it? What platform are you on? Which version of the codex CLI or extension are you using?
