Make codex automatically detect .codex folder in project root

What feature would you like to see?

As of the current version, there doesn't seem to be a feature for automatically detect AGENTS.md file automatically when launching codex. User have to tell the model each time to load it each time. Then I would want a user level, or global level AGENTS.md file maybe, for context that you generally want for all your projects.
