`/clear – clear screen & context` does not clear the screen

What platform is your computer?

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Type some text to the codex interactively, and after a few texts type the cmd /clear or clear which should clear the screen & context as it claims. but I believe it is only clearing the context and not the screen.

What I mean by clear screen here is the normal terminal functionality from the cmd clear which would clear the screen.

Please correct me if this isn't a bug, or if the text is slightly misguiding.
