Make `resume` a slash command

What feature would you like to see?

codex now could resume a preview session by running codex resume, where resume is a subcommand. I wish resume could also be a slash command /resume, which could be used when I'm in the TUI and bored/done with the current session and want to resume a previous session. The logic could be shared with the subcommand.
