Expose native transparent-background controls in the subscription-backed Codex image-generation tool

What feature would you like to see?

GPT Image 2 supports background: "transparent" with output_format: "png", but the built-in Codex image tool only exposes prompt and reference-image inputs. Consequently, Plus users cannot reliably request native RGBA output without separate API access. Instead we repeatedly receive fake transparency images without true alpha channel. This causes enormous frustration and wastes hours of work on repeated tries.
Please expose background and output_format in the built-in tool schema and return the selected output settings in its response metadata. This is important for game assets, UI elements, sprites, icons, and other production workflows requiring genuine alpha transparency.
Environment: Codex desktop app on Windows, ChatGPT Plus subscription.
