What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Mentioning codex in issue itself does nothing
- Passing issue link in prompt does nothing
- Adding custom instructions does nothing
- Creating custom github personal access token and storing it in secrets + providing instructions does nothing
Any suggestions how to actually use github integration for anything else than code reviews ?
What is the expected behavior?
Use github integration (oauth) to provide full details of issue as base for task
What do you see instead?
Completely hallucinating non existing task

Docs even mentions that we can mention @codex to get input on issues, but that does nothing

would like to see this addressed, it would make codex web much more powerful imo
The ability to assign an issue to codex would improve workflows a lot
