Rate limit reach after resetting, then I'm out of Codex after running a 22minute job

What issue are you seeing?

My usage rate was reset at 3:21pm. When I ran another job that took 22 minutes, it didn't complete and says I'm out of Codex again.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

I'm hoping this is just a bug that needs to get worked out, but I'm a paid customer and have never ran into this issue before.

Again, it went from 64% to 6% for a 4m 22s job, then from 6% to "You've hit your usage limit." for a few seconds of processing. I used by free reload and made another request that took 2m 10s and it's already down to 88% left.

Before I found this was a bug, I've paid to reset twice and used up a free reload, so I expect to be reimbursed with more time!
