Need CLA‑assistant unlock for PR #348 (Windows support)

Hi maintainers 👋

I rebased PR #348 as requested (switched launcher to `bin/codex.js`) and re‑signed the CLA, but the
   CLA‑assistant bot now fails with: Error: **Unable to create comment because issue is locked.**

The PR conversation is locked, so the bot cannot update its JSON or post the ✅ message, which
   leaves the check red.

Could someone please unlock the PR or manually re‑run / override the CLA check so CI can proceed?
