Codex Micro: Pinned chats Agent Keys do not update after reordering pinned chats

What issue are you seeing?

When Codex Micro's Agent Key mode is set to Pinned chats, the six physical Agent Keys initially follow the first six pinned chats. However, after reordering the pinned chats by dragging them in the app sidebar, the Agent Keys keep their previous order instead of following the new pinned-chat order.

This is consistently reproducible.

The documented behavior says: "Pinned chats: Follow the first six chats in Pinned."

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Connect Codex Micro to the Codex desktop app.
2. Pin at least six chats.
3. In Settings > Codex Micro, set Agent keys to Pinned chats.
4. Confirm the six Agent Keys correspond to the first six chats shown under Pinned.
5. Drag the pinned chats in the sidebar to change their order.
6. Observe the six Agent Keys.

What is the expected behavior?

The Agent Keys should immediately follow the updated order of the first six chats in Pinned, matching the documented behavior.

What actually happens?

The pinned list changes order in the sidebar, but the Agent Keys remain in their old order. The Micro mapping is not synchronized with the reordered pinned list.
