What steps can reproduce the bug?

Have a long enough conversation in the Codex IDE extension. You are forced to use the scroll wheel to move up and down. Making it compatible with "click middle mouse"+move mouse, like most browsers have. And a scroll bar on the side would be quite useful for long conversations.

What is the expected behavior?

Having a scroll bar on the side and being able to "click middle mouse"+ move the mouse up an down to scroll.

What do you see instead?

No scroll bar.
Middle mouse click does nothing
