[Windows][Codex Desktop] Allow configuring environment variables for MCP servers added via custom marketplace

What variant of Codex are you using?

App

What feature would you like to see?

When adding an MCP server through a custom marketplace (as opposed to adding it manually), there is currently no way to configure environment variables for that server. When MCP servers are added manually, environment variables can be set without issue

It would be great if the same configuration options — specifically environment variables — were available for MCP servers added via a custom marketplace, so behavior is consistent regardless of how the server was added

Maybe I'm missing something. Is there any existing way to add MCP servers via a custom marketplace while still being able to configure environment variables in UI?
