[Windows] Clicking a generated image shows "hs.setProgressBar is not a function"

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

OS: Windows Codex desktop app version: 26.820.9563.0 Installation: Microsoft Store / Windows packaged app Model: [luna] Reproducible: Every time when clicking the generated image

What issue are you seeing?

A JavaScript error occurred in the main process

Uncaught Exception:
TypeError: hs.setProgressBar is not a function
    at DownloadItem.<anonymous> (...)
    at DownloadItem.emit (node:events:508:28)

### What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open the Codex desktop app on Windows. 2. Generate an image in a chat. 3. Click the generated image or its download action. 4. An error dialog appears. 

### What is the expected behavior?

The image should open or download normally.

### Additional information

The image generation itself succeeds. The error occurs only when trying to open or download the generated image.
