What issue are you seeing?

It seems like codex is using my location to decide the language, not only that is an invasion of privacy, it's also not really smart, a person currently being in a specific country doesn't mean that person speaks that country's official language.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

use codex from a country that has an official language than the one you use.

What is the expected behavior?

codex doesn't track my location and doesn't try to guess the language to use from is.
