feature request: make ctrl + shift + c default keybind for opening codex in vscode

What feature would you like to see?

would be great to have a default keybinding for opening codex, like we have for copilot

I think ctrl + shift is superior to ctrl + cmd as you can do it with one finger on most keyboards
