Sporadic CI Failures
Occasional Unit Test failures in CI when checking if the process is killed correctly.
From the same PR with only a minor lint change between runs:
It looks like there was a fix pushed for this recently, but we're still seeing failures https://github.com/openai/codex/pull/280
