What steps can reproduce the bug?
Since yesterday you have halved the weekly usage limits.
What used to be ~20 hours for Plus and Teams are now ~10h.
The 5h limit is currently around 1.6M tokens, used to be ~2.5M.
This is unacceptable and greatly de-values the expensive subscriptions.
Codex web in contrast is stupid and only good for long-winded bugfixing iterations.
What is the expected behavior?
Not being limited to 10h/week
