Stream error timeouts during usage

Any request that I initiate

What is the expected behavior?

Doesn't timeout

What do you see instead?

Codex is constantly timing out in between responding. This has been the behavior for weeks. I have updated to multiple versions and have experienced the same behavior. You can see in the screenshot that I have authenticated because I am getting responses in between the timeouts.
