Stream error timeouts during usage

Codex is constantly timing out in between responding. This has been the behavior for weeks. I have updated to multiple versions and have experienced the same behavior. You can see in the screenshot that I have authenticated because I am getting responses in between the timeouts.

I'm on mac os 26.1 Beta (25B5042k) also with the same version of codex 0.41.0 and I've been getting this error for every single request I make for the past 3-4 days. Completely unusable.
You have to log out and in again. I suspect the refresh tokens were revoked or expired.
I continuously log out and back in 20+ times a day when it completely refuses to respond.
Still these stream errors persist.
It seems to be part of the required workflow.
This issue was related to token refresh and has since been fixed, so I'm going to close this. If you see similar problems with the latest version of codex, please use the
/feedbackslash command to upload your session and file a new issue.
