when in pay as you go mode, show constantly updated amount of pre paid money remaining

It would be good if the status bar could show how much of the pre-paid money remains when in pay as you go mode. something like:

Ctrl+J newline Ctrl+T transcript Ctrl+C quit 1,01M tokens used 32% context left, 20 $ credits left, 2 $ spent on input this session, 1 $ spent on output this session
