Context-resetting features should like `/review` should ask for confirmation first

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Running /review in the middle of a session resets context. A similar thing happens if you use Esc to navigate to a previous message.

What is the expected behavior?

Resetting context should ask for confirmation under all circumstances, especially since you can't go back to the lost context since Codex lacks a Save Conversation / checkpointing feature.
