What steps can reproduce the bug?
Just open Codex in browser and click on settings or environments.
What is the expected behavior?
Opening settings.
What do you see instead?
Nothing, just quick flickering and that's it. I see two request in network tab that you can see in this video recording i made - https://www.loom.com/share/9bdf2bea39f7435cbe53872c51ded121?sid=7c5b2822-08db-4702-b4bd-8c730c5a6b2f
