Support `gh` for github PR review

What feature would you like to see?

Codex really struggles with using gh. Every time I'd like to use it for code review I ask it to get PR info with gh and then it's a half hour session just trying out gh command variations until it manages to figure out how to do this.
Would be really great if this was solved, it's a major hurdle to use codex for code review.
