What steps can reproduce the bug?
Agents.MD has "always begin your first response by reading the changelog and readme" plus other instructions.
What is the expected behavior?
First message of chat should start with reading those files
What do you see instead?
Model does NOT read the changelog and readme or follow other AGENTS.md instructions

This seemed to have broken for me recently. I have simple things like on your first response read the README and CHANGELOG files which it used to do. But now it ignores my agents file
