GPT-4.1 for quick answers

When I want fast feedback about where I am in the chat I want to be able to change to GPT-4.1. I want to be able to switch between models during a session without having to start a new session.

Switchin between models in a session is useful as well when we need to "escalate" to higher intelligence (e.g., o3 with web access). I'm seeing this come up when codex o4-mini is unfamiliar with APIs. I jump out to o3 in ChatGPT and then pop that back into the cli.
