"Connect Codex web" opens a 404 URL

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Click the "Connect Codex web" button in the menu in the lower left corner of the Codex panel:

What is the expected behavior?

It to shows a way to connect Codex web.

What do you see instead?

It opens https://chatgpt.com/codex/onboarding in your browser, which is a page that doesn't exist:

Additional information

I am logged into chatgpt.com and pages like https://chatgpt.com/codex work fine. Opening the page in an incognito session doesn't seem to make a difference either.
