custom location for codex-rs/login/server.rs `redirect_uri`

What feature would you like to see?

When authenticating through OpenAI platform the redirect_uri is pointing to localhost, this creates issues if codex is running on remote servers and does not allow users to authenticate correctly without modifying the redirect_uri.

There should be a way to add or customize the redirect_uri to point to a different location such as remote servers, IPs, etc.
