Would love GPT-5 mini in Codex and more generous usage limits

Hi Codex team,

I really love what you're doing with the VS Code extension. Right now it uses GPT‑5 Codex and it's great, but I'd love the option to choose GPT‑5 mini too. I use the mini model in ChatGPT for lighter tasks, and having it in the extension would help me conserve GPT‑5 Codex usage.

Also, the weekly usage limits for GPT-5 mini feel a bit tight. Maybe there could be a way to increase those limits or offer a higher tier for the mini model?
