Separate display of plans from execution

What feature would you like to see?

the list display is not very good.
plan tasks are mixed with execution tasks.
separate plan tasks from execution tasks.
in the plan view update progress, including reviews/fixes
make creating and updating PRs and navigating to the PR easy without needing to make multiple clicks

alternatively support adding tags to tasks for better recognition
