Not a Bug a feature Request let us enter a System Prompt

What is the expected behavior?

Let user enter a System Prompt in the Codex settings menu where we can tell it general information it should always have.

What do you see instead?

Well the option does not exist yet.

Sadly not what i am loking for. i am looking for a general system prompt not a file that i need to create every time i go somewhere else to create a new project in my file system.
