What issue are you seeing?
When using IME input, the last character disappears visually, but it is actually registered internally. Please refer to the attached image for clarity.
This issue is pointed out in #5194 but has been marked as invalid.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
When entering 2-byte characters using the IME.
What is the expected behavior?
That characters entered using the IME are displayed correctly.
