What issue are you seeing?

Codex often using python or some EOS code thing to apply edit or implement code! this is very annoying since it takes longer to finish it, it'll use apply_patch if i force it to do it by prompting manually. Please fix so it'll always use built in read, apply_patch edit, etc tools from codex instead of manual commands/python

Happening 80% of the time
