Support adding multiple directories in a single session

What feature would you like to see?

• This feature would be very helpful for people who work across different related repositories.
• It would be great to have the ability to add multiple directories into a single session, such as by selecting several folders from the slash command so codex can search and reference files across all directories seamlessly.
