What issue are you seeing?
Multiple times I have noticed the following extremely serious bug. I hit escape, escape and rewind to a previous user message and then I hit enter and I find that it actually rewinds much further back and I lose valuable context. Other than that I don't have clear steps to reproduce this

I have just run into this with 0.47.
Workaround: 1. exit 2. run "codex resume" 3. select the previous conversation to recover the context data-loss.
Nice. I thought that if I exit, it would save the truncated conversation.
