Codex doesn't work at all even after re-installing it multiple times

Which model were you using?

What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26100.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

Codex was running normally then it just stopped producing any answers, I tried removing it and installing it again, but it still didn't work at all. It's my first time using it since I paid my Plus subsciption, so I don't what might be wrong since I didn't find any similar issues.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Running Codex in my terminal, and giving it a prompt even random ones doesn't return no response even when changing models.

I tried closing the terminal and opening a new one, restarting my laptop, turning it off and on, still the issue persists.
